Create Email Account in the Control Panel

This Tutorial will show you how to create an email address in the control panel.

1. You will need to login into the control panel by going to http://cp.qnetww.com. From there use the Email address and Password under the control panel login section in the Welcome Email our system first sent you.

2. Once you login you will see several icons on the center of the page. Click on the one named My Domains.

3. On the next screen that opens you will see your domain there. If you have several domains hosted with us then you will see them listed there. Click on your domain to get started.

4. The screen that opens up will show you many icons which represent all the services you can manage on this domain. The one we want is the Email Accounts icon. Click on it to open it.

5. This page has several options. You can add an email account  here by simply clicking on the Add button on the left. You can also put a check mark next to an existing account and by clicking on the Delete Selected, it will remove that account. If you want to modify an account that you have already created, you can do so by simply clicking on the account name and it will open up the settings for that account.

6. When you click on the Add button a page will appear to allow you to create the account. The part that you need to make sure you fill out is the top part, it is the one that appears in the image below. Once you fill in that part scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right hand side you will see a SAVE button. Click on it to create the account in the system.

7. There are other settings in the create an email account section that you can choose to configure, these settings have to do with email forwarding, and an auto responder so that when you are away on vacation your customers will receive a notice when they send you an email.

8. Lastly, make sure that you click on the SAVE button at the bottom of the page, otherwise the changes will not be saved.

Once you are done you can go back and configure Outlook or Email client. The following link will guide you to configure your email on your mobile device or outlook in your computer.
