Follow the instructions below to add an ActiveSync account to Outlook 2013.

This feature will allow your email to work like an exchange account without the high cost and it will
sync real-time your contacts, calendar, and email across your mobile devices and outlook 2013
1. When you open Outlook 2013 this welcome screen will appear, click Next to get started.
2. On the following screen leave the default selection which is Yes, then click next to continue.
3. Choose Manual Setup to add the account and Click Next.
4. Choose from the options the Exchange ActiveSync compatible service and Click Next.
5. On the following screen fill in all the fields with the examples in the image. Remember to replace
the yourdomain.com for your actual domain.
6. Once you clicked next. if it was configured correctly you will see the status completed, Click Close.
7. At this point the account has been created successfully and its ready to use. Click Finish and
Outlook 2013 will open with the new created account ready for use.
