What is an auto-responder?

An auto-responder is an automated e-mail response that our server can be set up to send to the address of someone e-mailing the auto-responder address. For example, we could set up info@yourdomain.com as an auto-responder.

Then whenever someone requested information, the text file that you create and specify will be e-mailed to the sender of the e-mail. This could be something as simple as, "thank you for your e-mail we will get back to you in the next 24 hours." Or you could send a 100 page informational packet.
